Default Gymnastics for kids in Hong Kong
I am wanting to get my very physical 3 1/2 year old ( rides a bike without training wheels since 3 years ) involved in gymnastics. We live in New Territories. Are there any clubs ?

Where do you live in the NT? If you're near Clearwater Bay and you know someone who belongs to the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, there are good gymnastics classes on Tuesday afternoons.

This appears to be an old post but hopefully someone reads it. Potentially moving to HK and getting a lot of info re the move. Our daughters do competitive gymnastics (certainly not Olympic hopefuls) and wondering if there are any places that offer gymnastics at higher levels? Flexible on area though likely that we will live in HK Island. Appreciate any info. Thanks.

Hi,just happened to see this post.I'm a gymnastics coach in HK.We're all former Hong Kong gymnastics team members and well experienced.But the location is a bit far away from where you'll live.When you get here,maybe you can try out one session first to see if it's suitable. Hope this can help you.

pow wow: sure! just let me know when you come here.btw,how old are your daughters?

snagito: our training center located in Tai Po. We have classes for different levels so that it can be quite flexible. How old is your child?

10yo, open levels; 8yo, level 4 - national stream, 5yo boy, pre-squads...the 8yo is the real issue...

Would also like more info please.

I am moving to Sai Kung next week and I am looking for a gymnastics club around that area for my 4 year old son. (sai kung/clear water bay/close drive elsewhere in NT)

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Previously he was with a club in Discovery Bay. They were running a British Gymnastics Proficiency award system (completed level 8 and 7) Any other clubs offer this certification?
