Where is the best place to purchase these from? I looked at Mothercare but they don't have many high backed ones and too many of them were pink!

I need from 17kg+ or from age 4+ type seats.

Have you looked in bumps to babes yet? They used to keep them, cannot remember the brand, but they were for 4+ years.
I think they were at Ap Lei Chau store last time I was there/
