I walked about 4-5km everyday on part hills, part flat areas of HK increasing it from 2 km onwards and pre natal yoga as well. I would swim too sometimes. So walking, yoga, swimming are something you can do easily if you haven't really been exercising before. My fitness regime before getting pregnant was very lax/ non existent and I wish I had taken care of my body as much as I did through the pregnancy. It really helps with delivery, recovery, getting your body back, etc. |
